Valiant announced today that the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support has awarded the company a $530 million single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) follow-on contract. Valiant Awarded $530 Million IDIQ Contract by Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support for Subsistence Prime Vendor Full-Line Food Distribution Services 9 Feb 2023 HERNDON, Va., February 9, 2023 – Valiant announced today that the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support has awarded the company a $530 million single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) follow-on contract. Under this IDIQ, Valiant will perform full-line food distribution services to land-based U.S. Navy, Army, and Air Force military establishments and embassy locations, as well as U.S. Navy vessels arriving at ports within the Southern Arab Peninsula and Nations of East Africa region. Chief Administrative Officer < Back STEPHANIE WEIST Chief Administrative Officer As Chief Administrative Officer at Valiant, Stephanie Weist leads the Global Enterprise Services organization, overseeing all functions related to Global Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Information Technology. Prior to her current role, Stephanie served as Valiant’s Vice President of Financial Shared Services, designing and leading end-to-end global tools and standardizing processes across the enterprise. Stephanie’s career began in public accounting and corporate audit at Bowman & Company LLP and Holman Enterprises before transitioning to government contracting in 2005. Since then, Stephanie has held multiple leadership roles, most recently as VP of Global Supply Chain Management at Amentum, where she led critical CP/IT implementations functionally for AP, Expense, Procurement, and Contracts. Her extensive expertise spans project management, supply chain, operations, business development, organizational strategy, IT, solutions architecture, contract management, audit, compliance, and finance at PAE, Defense Support Services (DS2), and other global companies. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rowan University and resides in New Jersey with her family.

Chief Executive Officer < Back SEAN MATTINGLY Chief Executive Officer Sean Mattingly serves as Chief Executive Officer of Valiant Integrated Services, a leading provider of mission-critical solutions for the U.S. government and its international partners. In this role, he is responsible for driving enterprise growth, shaping strategic initiatives, managing global operations, and executing business plans, while also spearheading the development of innovative technologies and capabilities. Sean brings more than three decades of senior leadership experience as an executive in the private sector and with the United States Marine Corps. Sean’s extensive experience ranges from operations management to strategic growth and customer engagement within the defense and services industry. Before joining Valiant, Sean served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at J&J Worldwide Services, where he was responsible for business units that focused on engineering, mission support, and building maintenance. Prior to his time at J&J, Sean spent more than a decade at Serco Inc. where he held multiple executive leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including Business Unit Vice President and Managing Director of Serco's Federal Government Business line. Sean's broad experience with day-to-day business operations, his familiarity with federal and state customers, and his proven success with growth strategy planning position him to lead Valiant into the future. MCGILL Larry McGill joined Golden State Foods (GSF), one of the largest diversified suppliers to the foodservice industry, in 1998 as Managing Director of GSF-Egypt. Since joining GSF, Larry has played several significant roles in growing the company’s Food Processing business. After nearly four successful years in Egypt, he came to the states to act as Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for the Liquid Products Group at the GSF facility in City of Industry, California. He was later promoted to Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing in 2002. In October of 2005, he moved to Conyers, Georgia, to serve as Chief Operating Officer and orchestrated a series of optimization efforts for GSF’s Liquid Products and Meat Products businesses. Larry was promoted to President, Food Processing Groups, at GSF in March 2010. Larry oversaw the Liquid Products division at GSF’s City of Industry facility, GSF’s Liquid Products facility in Conyers, GSF’s Conyers Meat Products Group and GSF’s International Groups in Egypt, China, Australia and New Zealand in 2013. Under Larry’s leadership, GSF has been honored with numerous customer awards and recognitions including: Supplier of the year awards for Yum! Brands, Zaxby’s, Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, along with multiple quality, teamwork and target awards for McDonald’s. Larry is currently the CEO of KanPak, a Golden State Foods Company, where the company is growing and thriving. KanPak has facilities in China, two plants in the United States, and a dispenser division in Connecticut. Before coming to GSF, Larry held various management positions, most notably Coca Cola in the Middle East. An Azle, Texas native, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Texas A&M Commerce and an MBA from Century University in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Larry currently resides in Duluth, Georgia, while his daughter and son are attending college. When time permits, he enjoys spending time with his family and all types of sports, including golf and baseball, as well as music.

Most recently, she served as Chief Strategy Officer at CRDF Global, a non-profit focused on promoting global safety, security and stability through science and innovation. Known as a collaborative leader, Ms. Dolph has often led large, diverse teams through complex transitions. She was instrumental in Lockheed Martin’s integration of and subsequent divestiture of PAE, Inc., where she served in executive leadership positions culminating as Executive Vice President, Company Operations for a $2 billion enterprise. During her tenure at PAE, she also served as COO, and, led the Global Stability and Development Division where she had full profit and loss responsibility for the $600 million business unit with 3,000 employees serving the Departments of State and Defense, the United Nations and commercial clients across the globe. She led the integration of the Applied Technologies Division of CSC with PAE, which represented revenue of over $400 million and an employee population of over 5,000, with 38 collective bargaining agreements across the U.S. Ms. Dolph has earned recognition for her achievements in the government marketplace, having been named to Washington Executive’s “Top 25 Execs to Watch in 2019”, is a three-time recipient of the Wash100 award from Executive Mosaic and was recently named a Top 100 Tech Executive by the Northern Virginia Technology Council. Prior to Boeing, Brooks served in the U.S. Army for 27 years, commanding units including a Brigade in the 82nd Airborne Division and serving as Deputy Commanding General of 1st Armored Division in Germany, Commandant of Cadets at the United States Military Academy, and Vice Director of the Army Staff, Office of the Chief of Staff, in the Pentagon. Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma. He is a Senior Fellow of the Syracuse University, Maxwell School of Government, National Security Studies Program, and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Laws from the New England School of Law-Boston. Brooks is currently on the Board of Directors of the District of Columbia College Access Program and America’s Public Television Stations, as well as the Chairman of the Awards Committee on the Advisory Board of the Association of the U.S. Army and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Brooks has received numerous awards, notably the Army’s Distinguished Service Medal in 2006, the Freedom Team Salute Award for outstanding service to the nation by the Secretary of the Army in 2007, the Black Engineer of the Year 2009 Military Leadership Stars & Stripes Award, later being inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2014, and the Black Engineer of the Year 2019 BEYA Career Achievement in Industry Award.
