Chief Growth Officer < Back MIKE BRENNAN Chief Growth Officer Mike Brennan serves as Chief Growth Officer at Valiant. Since joining Valiant in 2019, Mike has transformed the function from an operations-led other-duty-as-assigned to a professional business development organization. He leads a team that pursues work across the company’s Mission Solutions and Training and Readiness verticals, conducting work in over 40 countries and supporting the mission of more than 20 customers. In addition to his primary role at Valiant, Mike has supported multiple asset purchases and acquisitions to further increase the company’s capabilities and addressable market. Before joining Valiant, Mike served in operations and business development roles at AECOM. He started at AECOM as the Strategic Team Director for an atmospheric information collection program in Southern Iraq supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn. Mike led 11 teams in nine locations, providing real-time situational awareness to conventional and unconventional military units conducting foreign internal defense and counterinsurgency operations. Mike received the Commander’s Public Service Medal from the division commanding general for his exemplary service. Mike later served as Vice President of Major Captures, where he was responsible for capturing high-priority bids with significant strategic importance, including leading teams from across the corporation to pursue large infrastructure design, build, and operate opportunities for foreign governments. Before joining AECOM, Mike served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. He held multiple leadership positions and led Marines deployed on the 31st and 11th Marine Expeditionary Units. While assigned to the Security Cooperation Education and Training Center, Mike was an advisor to Royal Saudi Marine and Naval Special Operations units. Mike holds an undergraduate degree in International Relations from the United States Naval Academy. In addition, he has received language training from DLI and Middlebury College and is a graduate of the DISCS Security Cooperation Management Course. Mike lives in Maryland with his wife Karen and son Jack.

General Counsel < Back BILL BLOCKER General Counsel William (Bill) Blocker, General Counsel and Secretary of Valiant, is responsible for Valiant’s legal affairs and compliance team, including serving as counsel to its senior leadership. Bill joined Valiant in 2018 as an associate counsel. Prior to Valiant, Bill was the Deputy General Counsel for the State Health Office of the Florida Department of Health. Prior to that he was the Medicaid Finance and Health Systems Chief Counsel at the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). He joined AHCA after serving 6 years as an Assistant State Attorney in the Second Judicial District of Florida. He spent four years on active duty as a U.S. Marine in the late 80’s and early 90’s. Since then, he has been active in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He was also attached as a Sergeant to Royal Marines Reserve Bristol, UK. Bill has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Florida State University College of Law, a Master of Strategic Studies from the US Army War College, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill). Bill lives in Reston with his wife Shannon.

Valiant announced today that is has been awarded a 5-year, $54.2M contract by the U.S. Army to provide Simulations and Training Support Services for the Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Mission Training Complex (MTC), Yakima Training Center, and other exercise locations. Valiant Awarded $54.2M Contract to Provide Simulations and Training Support to U.S. Army at Joint Base Lewis-McChord Mission Training Complex. 23 Jul 2025 HERNDON, VA, July 23, 2025 –  Valiant announced today that is has been awarded a 5-year, $54.2M contract by the U.S. Army to provide Simulations and Training Support Services for the Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Mission Training Complex (MTC), Yakima Training Center, and other exercise locations. Simulations and Training Support is focused on home station Army Mission Command Training Strategy and JBLM Senior Commanders’ training for I Corps, 7 th Infantry Division, and JBLM stationed and supported units of Brigade size and smaller. Under the contract, Valiant will deliver leader and staff mission command training and simulation support, individual and collective mission command information systems training, gaming simulations, cyber risk management framework activities, networking, physical security and property management. These services support U.S. Army Title 10 training, deployment training events, and Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MRE) to facilitate Joint, Combined, staff, and leader constructive training.
