Valiant Launches Training Advisory Board Focused on Customer Alignment and Supporting the Company’s Growth Strategy HERNDON, Va., February 16, 2023 – Valiant announced today the formation of the company’s Training Advisory Board, a group of proven leaders in Warfighter training who will advise the company on customer alignment and support its aggressive growth strategy in the military training market. The Training Advisory Board's primary goals will be to provide the company with guidance and insight on industry trends, customer needs, and market opportunities. Valiant Awarded $530 Million IDIQ Contract by Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support for Subsistence Prime Vendor Full-Line Food Distribution Services HERNDON, Va., February 9, 2023 – Valiant announced today that the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support has awarded the company a $530 million single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) follow-on contract. Under this IDIQ, Valiant will perform full-line food distribution services to land-based U.S. Navy, Army, and Air Force military establishments and embassy locations, as well as U.S. Navy vessels arriving at ports within the Southern Arab Peninsula and Nations of East Africa region. Valiant Awarded $67 Million Contract by United States Army for Joint Training Analytical Support Across Europe HERNDON, Va., February 7, 2023 – Valiant announced today that the U.S. Army’s Theater Contracting Center (TCC) in Kaiserslautern has awarded the company a five-year non-personal services contract with a maximum value of $67 million to provide Joint Training Analytical Support (JTAS) to U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) J7, U.S. Air Forces Europe and Air Forces Africa (USAFE-AFAFRICA), and Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) in their execution of the USEUCOM Joint Training and Exercise Program (JTEP), the Joint and Individual Staff Training (JIST) Program, and the Joint Training System (JTS). “Valiant is honored to continue our 60 years of experience developing training solutions in support of the U.S. European Command Joint Training and Exercise Directorate (ECJ7),” said Dan Corbett, Valiant’s Chief Executive Officer. “We look forward to maintaining our vital role to improve the warfighting readiness of our joint force in coordination with our allies and partners.” As a leading provider of training and readiness services, Valiant supports all phases of the JTS, including military staff training, military exercise planning, simulations programming, Department of Defense budgeting, Joint Event Life Cycle event design, event facilitation, military exercise control, exercise assessments, and readiness and lessons learned analysis. The scope of this contract is to provide CMS support that includes third-party logistics (3PL), end-to-end supply chain functions and processes, and effective inventory management in support of DLA and CCAD's industrial maintenance mission. DLA Distribution Corpus Christi, Texas, is the primary wholesale distribution point for major components to support helicopter repair missions for the Department of Defense and Foreign Military Sales customers worldwide.
