Prior to joining Valiant, Kevin served in a variety of financial leadership roles at PAE where he was instrumental in transforming the company from a $500M business into a $3B+ publicly traded entity. Before joining PAE, Kevin held multiple finance roles at Lockheed Martin. Kevin received his BA from Loyola University, and his MBA from the University of Maryland. U.S. Department of Defense Awards Valiant Spot on $1.3B Navy Training Systems Support IDIQ 6 Oct 2022 HERNDON, Va., Oct. 6, 2022 – Valiant Integrated Services announced today that it has been awarded a position on the potential five-year, $1.31 billion contract to help the U.S. Navy operate and maintain training systems under the Fielded Training Systems Support (FTSS) V indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ). Valiant has been supporting FTSS efforts for over a decade. On this contract, Valiant will provide sustainment services and training requirements in support of fielded training systems to include training simulator contractor operation and maintenance services, contractor instructional services, training simulator relocations, training systems management, in-service engineering office support, spares/product support, and other related support services for The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division. Prior to retirement in 2020, Lieutenant General Twitty served as Deputy Commander of United States European Command (EUCOM) where he was responsible for the day-to-day strategic planning, coordination, integration, and execution of all U.S. air, naval, and land (multi-domain) operations on the European continent. From 2016 to 2018, he was the 38th commander of First Army which partners with Army Reserve and Army National Guard leadership to advise, assist, and train Reserve Component formations. LTG Twitty has extensive experience inside the Pentagon, the Joint Staff, Army Staff, EUCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, FORSCOM, ISAF-Afghanistan, and Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe.
