Valiant Integrated Services Re-Awarded $23.5M Contract to Provide Technical Management and Analytical Support Services to the DoD’s CFE-DM
Herndon, VA – July 28, 2021 - Valiant Integrated Services, a leading government services provider empowering missions for the U.S. and its international partners, announced today that it has been awarded a $23.5 million contract renewal over a five year period of performance to provide Engineering and Analysis services to the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (CFE-DM), a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) organization. The services—performed on Ford Island, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii—include subject matter expertise, training and education, analysis, and support for humanitarian assistance and disaster response in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) area of responsibility (AOR).
“We are proud to help the CFE-DM build crisis response capacity in U.S. and partner militaries and enhance coordination with civil and foreign partners to save lives and alleviate suffering surrounding humanitarian crises,” said Valiant’s Chief Executive Officer, Dan Corbett. “Technical management and analytical support services are among Valiant’s core service offerings. This award validates our commitment to the U.S. DoD’s national security strategy of mitigating prominent threats while remaining prepared and ready to provide disaster management and humanitarian assistance, domestically and internationally.”
The CFE-DM provides academic research, civil-military coordination training, and operational insights to support decision making before, during, and after crises. Valiant has successfully supported and partnered with CFE-DM for the past nine years in support of their mission to build disaster preparedness, civil-military collaborative partnerships, societal resiliency, and information sharing in the USINDOPACOM AOR.
With this award, Valiant will continue to provide the highest caliber personnel dedicated to implementing innovative and effective processes and delivering timely quality products within budget. Further, Valiant provided benefits of this services renewal as incumbent with day-one support without service interruptions, local and experienced on-site staff, mature processes to meet ever-changing world conditions and events, and implementation of best practices to advance CFE-DM’s training and operations into the future. Corbett continued, “We are thankful to the DoD’s CFE-DM for their confidence in our ability to remain fully committed to successfully delivering missions in a rapidly changing security environment.”
