HERNDON, VA, June 5, 2025 – Valiant/ALCA JV LLC announces it has been awarded a $78M contract by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic to provide base operations support for the U.S. Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples, Italy and its outlying areas.
Under this contract, Valiant/ALCA provides personnel, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and incidental engineering to perform comprehensive base operations support services. These include facilities maintenance and repairs, custodial services, pest control, integrated solid waste management, grounds maintenance, landscaping, pavement clearance, utility management, water and wastewater services, transportation, and environmental support.
