Sarah Lynn serves as Valiant’s General Counsel and Secretary, leading the company’s global legal, compliance, contracts, labor relations, and risk management functions. Sarah is a trusted strategic business advisor with extensive experience in government contracting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general legal compliance. At Valiant, she manages a large team of attorneys and compliance professionals responsible for navigating legal and regulatory requirements to support U.S. military and partner nation activity in over 40 countries throughout Europe, Africa, and the Indo-Pacific region.

Before joining Valiant, Sarah served as Deputy General Counsel for Peraton Corp., where she was responsible for the corporate legal function, ethics and compliance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Sarah served in a similar role at Perspecta Inc. and held senior legal positions at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Company and DXC Technology Company. Sarah has experience designing, transforming, and operating public and private company legal and compliance programs, including corporate governance, corporate securities, ethics and compliance, international compliance, and enterprise risk management. She has also led several transformative corporate transactions, including a spin-merger creating a $4 billion publicly traded company, the sale of that company to private equity, and a simultaneous merger with two businesses to create a $7 billion privately held company.

Sarah received her BA from Cornell University, and her JD from the University of Michigan.
