Ashlee Dominguez serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Valiant’s Integrated Counter Threat Solutions (ICTS) business, where she leads a global portfolio delivering mission-critical capabilities across the United States Department of War, allied partners, and international organizations. Her portfolio spans DTRA/CBRNE, Intelligence, Engineering and Analysis, and Language services—supporting some of the most complex and high-consequence missions worldwide.

A results-driven executive with a reputation for building high-performing teams and scaling operations, Ashlee brings more than two decades of leadership experience across the Department of War and Intelligence Community. She is known for driving disciplined execution, accelerating growth, and delivering measurable outcomes in dynamic and highly regulated environments.

Prior to joining Valiant, Ashlee served as Vice President at Huntington Ingalls Industries, where she led growth initiatives for a $1B portfolio. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in capturing and executing large-scale programs, including a $3B contract supporting global logistics, ISR, and next-generation technology solutions.

Earlier in her career, Ashlee served as a strategy and operations consultant supporting counterintelligence, human intelligence, signals intelligence, and information operations efforts. She began her career in service to the nation as a member of the United States Army, where she served as a Russian linguist.
Ashlee holds a master's degree from University of Oklahoma and a bachelor’s degree from University of West Florida. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL 4 practitioner, and Change Management (CMAP) professional.

Ashlee lives in Colorado with her husband, Steven, and their two daughters.
