Mike Dignam is the President and CEO of CRDF Global, an independent nonprofit organization that promotes international scientific and technical collaboration through grants, technical resources, training, and services. Previously, Mr. Dignam served as President and CEO of PAE, an Arlington, VA-based services and logistics company, where he developed and executed a growth strategy that tripled the business, creating a $2 billion global mission services company with more than 15,000 employees in over 60 countries and 100 locations in the U.S. Prior to his role with PAE, Dignam spent 25 years with Lockheed Martin holding a variety of leadership and executive management positions, including CEO of the Lockheed Information Technology services company as well as President, Readiness and Stability Operations, $2B global logistics company. Mr. Dignam also serves as an Affiliate Partner for Lindsay Goldberg, a premier private equity firm.

Mr. Dignam holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton.
