Valiant Awarded Contract to Provide Training and Logistics Support for Defense Threat Reduction Agency 18 Sept 2024 HERNDON, Va., Sept. 18, 2024 – Valiant has secured a contract from the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) to provide customized training and logistics support for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High-Yield Explosives (CBRNE) and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD). This contract underscores Valiant’s dedication to bolstering mission readiness among partner nations in addressing CBRNE and CWMD threats. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) offers comprehensive solutions to support the Department of Defense, the U.S. Government, and international allies in deterring strategic attacks, mitigating and countering WMD and emerging threats, and prevailing against WMD-armed adversaries during crises and conflicts. Under the contract for DTRA’s Countering-WMD Security Cooperation Engagement Program (CSCEP), Valiant will be responsible for procuring, storing, managing, packing, shipping, delivering, assembling, and installing specialized equipment.
