With over 25 years of experience building organizational capability through collaborative coaching, leadership development, and program delivery, Nichole Hahn serves as Chief People Resources and Diversity Officer of Valiant Integrated Services. Before joining Valiant, Nichole was Vice President of Human Resources at AECOM. This role included providing human resources leadership to AECOM’s Strategic Business Units supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Treasury, Department of State, and the Intelligence Community. Nichole’s Human Resources career started at Wells Fargo Corporate headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Nichole, a certified Human Resources Professional, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from West Virginia University and an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Strategic Management from Cornell University.
