On behalf of Valiant Integrated Services, I want to express our excitement to work alongside each member of the current EUCOM Task Order Linguist Team. We are committed to creating and sustaining a positive working environment for each of you for the next five years and beyond. Our top priority over the next month is to ensure that the members of this team receive a positive and easy onboarding experience without disrupting the mission.

Over the next several days a member of our Transition Team will reach out to you. Our Transition Team members will be available through WhatsApp to answer any immediate questions that you may have ahead of our arrival.

Our Transition Process

Our Transition Teams will arrive in Poland and Turkey on 18 January to begin the transition process. We will meet with each of you at or near your duty locations. If for some reason we are unable to reach you in person, we will arrange a virtual introduction. During our initial meeting, we will discuss our company, our plan to manage the contract, and provide you with a job offer. After receiving your job offer, we will provide further instructions to complete all necessary company and contract onboarding requirements. This will include preparation to cage your clearance under the new contract, completing a new language test (which is contractually required), reviewing and enrolling in company benefits, and obtaining copies of your PII documents. Our process is 100% online and extremely simple to follow. I will soon send a website link to our EUCOM II Transition Portal where you will find a welcome video detailing more information about our company, answers to commonly asked questions, and transition-related links.

We will soon communicate our anticipated date to take operational control of the contract which we anticipate will be some time in February. It is important that you complete all transition-related tasks quickly.
